Artificial Intelligence Operations
Artificial Intelligence Operations

Program Objective

Artificial intelligence (AI) technologies have emerged in recent years as a transformative approach, particularly in automation, facilitating the automation, acceleration, and enhancement of business processes across numerous industries. This trend has led to technical requirements for integrating, adapting, and operating AI-based software within business processes across almost every field. The field of AI operations aims to fill a gap in technical expertise that does not necessarily require engineering design but does demand a certain level of technical proficiency to apply AI solutions. This program aims to train IT technicians capable of applying AI technologies and software across various industries, managing processes such as operation, maintenance, and repair.

Career Goals of Graduates

  1. Graduates will be qualified to work as IT technicians across all sectors that integrate AI technologies into business processes.

  2. They can find employment as technical personnel in a range of sectors, including small to medium-sized AI-based software and web service providers, the finance industry, data platforms with recommendation systems, and public automation systems.

  3. As part of the broader field of IT technicians, graduates will address the demand for AI technology technicians, a new specialization within the industry.

  4. AI Systems Analyst: Graduates can participate in the preliminary work for AI development projects, contribute to AI system modeling, document system compatibility for application environments, work on system improvement and updates, and engage in professional development activities.

  5. AI Programmer: Graduates will contribute by researching methods for data organization, assisting in the preprocessing of datasets, addressing data imbalances, missing values, and outliers, supporting model selection, adapting pretrained models to specific problems, preventing model overfitting, conducting error analysis, and refining model performance.

  6. They may also take the Vertical Transfer Exam (DGS) to pursue bachelor's degree programs related to their field.
